time for home.

This trip has made me learn so much but i feel it is time now for me to come home. No, it wasn't the full term that i agreed to but i really think that it is the appropriate time for me to come home.

I have been told that i could work in Paris and Asia and i think i will consider that in the future not now. I am in a new apartment with really nice girls i have met before and it smells better haha so that is a positive. I have also found out that a girl i am friends with wants to be done with modeling after her trip in Milan is over. I think she has some of the same views i do.

If you all could see what it is like at the clubs you would think that some of these people are very unprofessional. Hooking up with three different girls a week and things like that. i find that part repulsive, some of the girls may be really stupid but we are not objects and some of the men don't respect that here. Yeah that happens every where but when you work with someone it is very stupid to be doing such things especially being 10 years older then the models.

I can't wait to bring home all the Baci and Kinder chocolates here, they are so much better than American candy i wish everyone could try some!!!

Crazy spanish girls.

The Spanish girls in my apartment are absolutely nuts, they say i don't take out the trash and i have 3 times in less than a week and they have done it 2 times in three weeks. and the picture I am going to post shows how messy they are: you can see that here.. and this is only the stove. The thing that really gets me is they do this right after I had scrubbed the old stuff from before off which was also from them.

It is really hard living with these people. The two Spanish sisters took the key to the bathroom.. but hey if they feel like they need to come in when people are in the shower let them be blinded hahaha. they are so stupid. and the third Spanish girl models underwear and i think she tries to get things she wants using how she looks. But uhmmmm i am a girl as well so i her bikini body doesn't do much for me. haha She is 21 and needs to grow up. that is what has been bugging me over all, these girls are all in their 20's and should know how to do things and they don't they are sloppy and demanding and very rude. I can't wait to leave that housing situation.!

What to do...?

getting rough here... not because I am alone, cause I am handling things with the agency just fine. But I really feel like coming home. I am not working and I don't see how i can during Fashion week becasue I dont quite meet height requiremens...abd Fashion week is the main thing all the castings are for. Also i am only getting about one casting a day. I went home early friday because i am sick, sometimes i cant get my hands to stop shaking... I am like an old person.

i have been eating very sticktly, lots and lots of veggies and i look like i put on 30 pounds... so thats not cool.

It is a bummer to have this trip work out this way, a lot of money spent, and nothing made. the agency says i have potential but they say that to everyone and there a re girls here that haent gotten work but have been in Milan for 5-6 weeks. I don't under stand why you would waste your time and money being here for so long.

I need to figure out what i am going to do. I will stay for Fashion week castings for sure, just to see maybe a client wants short people... we will see. but after i think i really need to figure out getting home, especially if i dont get any work during this time this season.



Deniece and I went walking around China town and saw a carnival... I really really really wanted to eat the food... they have better stuff than we do, but i didn't. i need to be strict.

We also saw a biker gang today... real scary considering they were on harley peddle bikes lol. They had coats and the whole everything. haha its one of the top photos of this post. :P

i forgot to tell you about this csting man..! and the strange leftovers in the closet

I tend to be sent to hair and make up castings i think becasue my body is not right for anything else. But anyways my composite cards are from when my hair was muh longer, when i went to a Lorelle casting my hair was up becasue it was a spur of the moment casting. There is this man with bleached white hair and super cool eyes that i figured had contacts for the color, he asks for my card and i stared to tell him that my hair is shorter but before i could get that out he says, "oh, you just got your hair cut abouth thre inches!"
He had never met me before so i was thrown off to have him already know with out me saying anything and not being able to even see my hair.



So... the closet, my roomate told me that she had seen weird things in there but hadn't gottne the chance to go though it. Well we just did haha. I don't know if we were supposed to but oh well. We found gross clothing and brain scans...... and a black locked box and we are going to open it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some how....


It was snowing today... snowing a lot. i have a feeling there will be some stuck to the ground tomorrow. sad day. It is terrible to walk in which we have to do, we are pretty much on call so it is better to stay in the city till the agency closes.

Internet

My computer really does not like Wind internet service here. I dont think this computer does either.... it is so frustrating trying to get on and having it not work every time and then it will once and then not again for the next 20 centuries. UGH.

Computers are just ridiculous sometimes.

The Spanish model's sister, the smoker, got angry when we told her to smoke in her room if she feels she needs to be inside when smoking, so now she doesn't speak to us when we say "goodmorning"or anything. She also leaves the door open so it is still just as bad.

I am going to only drink tea for the next few days I have been eating really well but it looks like i am fatter when I should be losing weight so that sucks.

I dont mind trying to communicate with people that don't speak the same English, but it is getting a little bit old when you need help and they look at you like you are cazy for asking them. For the most part it is ok....just not when you need computer assistance.

I got some photos from the test shoot.. I am in debt now 500 dollars for 26 pictures only 2 I can really use maybe. The agency tells me I need to do better poses but the photographer old me how to stand and wouldn't let me move so that is a bit annoying.

I am also only getting about 1 casting a day so I gowith my roomate to her's because if they will not give them to me I will go myself everyone else is getting 7 a day, and my booker doesn't really give me my castings... only sometimes. Most of the time it is the other bookers that are giving me my castings... why? I don't know.

Please excuse misspelled words or weird grammar I am on the Dutch computer.

last two days-slow moving

Yesterday I only had one casting and today I only had a couple but I did move to a new place with Deniece. I like her but the Spanish girls are not good... mean and speak no English, we had to ask the agency to ask the girls if they will smoke outside or in their room with the door shut and they got angry. I don't think we should have to smell like butt when we are working, if they want to then let them some where else.
I am using a computer that is set to Dutch so spell check says every word is wrong besides had, are, and I, haha. so excuse anything that is messed up.

I am really tired all the time and I always want to eat which is bad because I need to be losing weight. I am not gaining because I walk so much but I am not getting thinner which I have to do. Bleh. :/

Metro-Butt-Gropers!

The last two days the Internet has been very expensive and acts stupid so it is hard for me to get on, but I am moving to model housing this week and I will have free Internet then!!! YAY!

Anyways, yesterday on the sub-way/metro a man was very much in my space and all over my bum! With more than his hands... that frustrates me about the metro, and then again today 2 men were all over Amber and I, in the same way as the man from yesterday... except the guy today was trying to get in my pockets, and I assume he was coppin' a feel just before trying to take my...... grocery list. Ooooo, what a score, huh? On the metro here there is no limit to how many people can get on. And once we're all packed in like sardines there is no getting away from the "Metro-Butt-Gropers". So on Sundays it is very busy because I was told that Sundays are supposed to be a no driving day, for pollution. But people still do just not as many.

I met a girl who speaks very good English! She is from Holland. Seven years older than me but we went to the markets and shopped together this weekend. It was nice having another model understand what I was saying when I was speaking normally.

Hot guy update: Alfredo, one of the bookers and also a son of the agency's President, whose wife is very good friends with the main guy of the salon where the hot guy works, is going to try to get a hold of him for me! lol... How embarassing. lol.
Who knows how that will go, I imagine that he will be invited to the clubs with ICE and what guy that likes women would pass up partying with a bunch of models at V.I.P status for free???

I need to do some more picture taking... I need to make it a habbit!

One of the driver guys that goes out with the agency freaks me out a bit, I am not sure why but he just seems off to me... and he was apparently a "male model". Yeah, uhm no way could that have been possible!
